Itβs not enough to make sure everyone in the team is invited to meetings, inclusive and connected leaders, make sure everyone gets airtime too, that their voice is heard and their opinion matters (especially when working virtually).

As a leader, it's imperative that you continue to focus on building trust with your team and scaling your leadership with intention. We gotta remain focused and dedicated to this quest. We owe that to our team.
Fair to say, I was pretty happy and proud of the feedback I was getting as a trainer and facilitator! So when we moved to virtual training, whilst excited, I have to admit, I was also a little apprehensive. Surprisingly the experience was nothing but awesome!
Many of us were waiting for the clocks to tick over on midnight 31.12.2020. We were well and truly ready to say goodbye, adios, arrivederci, sayonara, au revoir and quite frankly, good riddens, to 2020! A year none of us will ever forget. The craziness just kept coming.
And a year most of us are well and truly ready to see the back of. I received a Chrissy card from an old friend from NZ saying β2020, the less said the better!β so, with that in mind, my final thoughts are this.
