How to go from change-fatigued to change-fit: one simple hack!

Prior to the current pandemic plaguing our world, there was a different kind of pandemic, but this one plagued our workplaces.

Change Fatigue!

Individuals, teams and leaders, weary of the constant change and disruption they have to regularly deal with at work. Transformation after transformation.

Here’s the thing: Disruption and change ain’t going anywhere!

So the fatigue we are feeling is likely to intensify if we don’t start to put strategies in place.
And very quickly that fatigue will lead to burnout: mental, emotional and physical, and none of us wants this.

Our challenge is:

  • How do we go from feeling Change-Fatigued to feeling Change-Fit?

  • How do we go from wanting to ‘pack it in’ to ‘performing at our peak’?

  • How do we regain our mojo, increase our motivation and capitalise on the momentum to succeed, in spite of the disruption and change?

In this quick video, I explore the one key activity change-fit individuals and teams do to maintain their long term performance and wellbeing.

You actually all know what we need to do! The question is, do you prioritise it for yourself? Do you actually want to quit feeling change-fatigued and start building your change-fitness muscle?
